What payment methods can I use to complete the payment for my order?
We can process your credit cards directly. We can also accept cashier's checks and money orders but please allow 7-14 business days for bank-clearing before we can ship the item.

Only buyers located in New York State will be charged the 8.875% Sales Tax.

Which shipping company will be used to ship my jewelry?
Packages are sent out via UPS by default. Please let us know in advance if you wish to use a different courier.
I like one of your jewelry pieces but I want to make some changes to it. Would that be possible?
Definitely! We can change ring settings, adjust ring sizes, switch from 14k, 18k, platinum, white gold, yellow gold, etc. Please contact us so that we could better help you out.

What are "Clarity Enhanced" diamonds?
Clarity Enhancement is a process by which inclusions or "feathers" inside the diamond are removed or filled to make the diamond more brilliant. This enhancement process is by all means invisible to the naked eye and can only be seen under magnification by an experienced jeweler. When choosing to purchase clarity enhanced diamonds, you are getting more value for the amount of money you're investing because you'll be paying considerably less per carat compared to a non-enhanced stone.
